Friendzz i have a dilemma whether 2 choose Ernst Young or Deloitte. I have been selected by both. As far as my experiences are concerned i found thay EY is more sophesticated with bigger building and better facilities..............but they are impersonal in their approach..............deloitte people are quick and very charming.............they only own a single floor in a bigger building.............and their approach is quite indian and personal...............EY people i seem r only concerned with their work but 3 years of training with them would groom me overall.................But on the other hand they seem to be strict and imposing.............As per rankings Deloitte is better...............Deloitte i think can hire me even after articleship...........FRIENDS PLEASE HELP ASAP.

Even i have an option btw E&Y and PwC . I am joining E&Y because i'll be in the tax department.
That is my criteria of deciding. In which field are you going to work ?.
Deloitte good for all round skills. E & Y good for Internal Audit, Statutory Audit & Indirect Taxes.
Deloitte is a combination of good CA firms viz. SB Billimoria, AFF, CC Chokshi etc while E & Y is a traditional Big 4 with good systems and processes and hierarchy.
You can grow with Deloitte but long range career options with E & Y are limited
JUST TAKE THE DECESION AS PER UR INTEREST

Deloitte is better. i have been associated to Deloitte for the past 3 years all through my period of articleship. They are very friendly people and further u could learn a lot of excellent accounting skills. The exposure you would get if u join with deloitte is same as u would get in e and y... So.. better is deloitte
I have got many reviews from different people...............my interview experience was friendly in deloitte and in ey i was subject to some stress questions they checked hw would i react ................as far as my first impression was considered i prefer deloitte..................somebody told me dat work pressure is smewhat loose in ey.............and transport facilities r also very favourable.................so i think i would go for ey...........but i havent rejected d other,..............because i still have a soft corner for deloitte............
can u say wats better in ur 5 fingers??..nahi na..it depends on wat ur looking for...all firms are good in their own way...small.med or big...i hav frens who worked in pwc,ey,deloitte,kpmg....it wud be very hectic there...nt discouraging u,join only if u cud manage ur studies too...dunt judge a co by its buildings..look wat satyam has done...tc...
