howw this can be done thru pvt placmnt .nothing mentioned under section 42 regarding this whereas 62(1)(c) specifically provides for case where shares issued for other than cash , valuation report and ita treatment in books of accounts.. also section 42 sayss shares have 2 b allotged within 60 days of RECEIPT OF APPLICATION MONEY .HOW ll u comply wd ths provision ?
