Private investigator

Hello,

I am a feelancer with a graduation in Law.

I have not enrolled with Bar.

In my freelance activities I help victims of online fraud by doing independent investigation.

To get legal status I want to register my business. But I am not sure under which category I can do it. Some say Shop and establisment and some say One person company.

Can any one help me to understand this
