Exam form pdf generated and sign and photo is visible
But confused
whether to take black n white print out or colour?

Just take a normal printout i.e. b&w one, no need of colour printout.
Sir if my photo is not visible in examination form then I have to speed lost it to the ICAI. In that case 'is black and white photo ok' as in lockdown no shops are opened for colored one
I think a black and white print would also be okay but your photo should be clearly visible or that may create a problem.
