Do not over emphasize birth days. Birth days idea is just self adoration first then you expect others congratulate you, ye you get congratulated . what you get. Big Nothing, but some good words ; so that good words might biist you to misbehave in whatever capacity you are. Then problems too surface. Any way be happy you have added one more year here Narendra moves to 66 or 67.

All need to wish him many happy returns, as he is one man really concentrates in working hard, not worried about 'results' that hard work every youth need to follow, besides he sincerely believes he is one among the 125 crore people that kind of faith and dedication everuy political leader need to follow that only improve the trust quotient of people, [eople do know what all one says can never all could be achieved but one needs to be working very hard in whatever work one does, that kind of dedication only improve any poor man, else only empty talks that way he is an example every one  need to appreciate, he appreciates what sardar Patel did, so also what Morarji bhai did, that kind of following is good enough in any, simply follow very hard work of today, none knows tomorrow . No point of thinking just past, but dedicated work is vital is the todays need, he always emphasises, that is good every youth need to follow, whatever is his political thinking but disciplined life is vital he always says. i do sincerely view that is a good example. None knows how things might change next minute.

i have to add today voters have clear perceptions, the voters cannot be just hood wincked. Mody is one such thinker. see what happened in Arunachal pradesh for congress . Enmass congress MLAs walked out of congress govt, not because of their own personal issues, but their constituencies told them in strict terms, if you do not follow what we say we don't want you that you will see in the coming election, as we have no recall today as also referendum. Yet we can decide you next election, either to vote you in or not ever. so that kind of voter is Modi is one such person.

so it is vital for all parties to know today, as they did for S P in the U P, Shiv pal yadav or any single Yadav can decide but their constituencies of today. voters are as assertive  like very mohandas karamchand gandhi when he decided for democratic india with its basic misgivings - after all democracies are just a cult of highest incompetence, as he knew as people cannot change the kings or monarchs, dictators, but in democracy they can in every five years or earlier by just elections..today politicians behave worse than kings,.. Modi like persons being voters, they would not tolerate some such things emerges today that is a good beginning, even parties also need to think how to work , simple goondaism can never work any more, people like Modi know, that way he came to power, he also knows his  BJP as party too need to be accountable to all 125 crores people he knows that way he dedicates his birthday. tks  

 

With all due respect sir, you are such a senior and experienced man against whom I can't debate, respect your each and every word. I just want to tell that I am not a blind follower of any leader. The reason behind this post is he is one man in which I personally see a lot of great qualities as I mentioned. I too want to improve these qualities in myself. We all need to pick up these kind of qualities from such persons we come across in our lives irrespective of to which field he belongs to. That's what my parents and mentors taught me to, self development is a daily process. We, as a professional also need to have these qualities to excel.
