Prevalidation of Bank account and IT Refund.

There is problem in pre validating in case of some bank. submit grievances after log in e filing site

You log in to eFiling site and add same details again and delete previous entry.

Again follow validation process.
Ensure that both mobile number and mail id is on bank's record - in your account profile.

There can be other reasons also ------
is there any refund due for AY 2019-2020 ?
Date when you filed return ?
Did you eVerify the return properly ?

Return filed 8July, with Refund due to me. e-verified successfully. On raising Delay in Bank revalidation Grievance, they replied that my Bank (Axis) not integrated with e-filing, and asked me to wait some more time. Any reason why this time, ITR taking so long to be processed, unlike previous years?? Same is the case with my wife's ITR. Please revert back. Thanks.

Have you and your wife received Intimation email under 143(1)(a)

No, neither of us has received any such iintimation. Pl. suggest further course of action, since, it is over two months back we filed our ITR and both of us have claimed refund. Thanks Umesh.
