is works contract (painting works) is comes under in which section 44AD or 44ADA?

Sir, 44ADA is applicable only to the specified professions who are mentioned under 44AA(1). Works Contract is not mentioned in the list of 44AA(1). So accordingly, Sec 44AD shall apply subject to the limit under the provision. Thank You

Here the activity is painting works and not works contract itself.
It comes under 44AD presumptive taxation.
