My turnover is below 2 Crores and showing income above 8% but filed ITR-3 by filling up the section 44AD column and Table 6.  Will there be any problem?

No Problem Sir...

ITR 3 is okay for 44AD Business ( Presumptive Taxation Scheme ).

ok. Thanks everyone for the reply. But there is another problem done by my auditor. He put the wrong turnover figures in the form. What should I do? Should I revise the returns or leave it for now.

are u registered in GST??

If yes, then I request you to please revise the return before end of AY.

Yes, we are registered in GST and Auditor has entered the GST number also in the ITR.

But if I filled itr 3 presumptive income, my 4 mandatory financial particular will be shown in no account case. . . . Which is wrong because my last year income is exceeding 2.5 lakh. . . . , please reply. , . What U think
