Presumptive income u/s 44AD

sub section 6 of sec 44AD states that any person carrying on agency business or any person earning income by way of commission or brokerage shall not be eligible for presumptive income under sec 44AD.

So I guess local cable operators are agency business or either they might be getting commission income, hence they might not be able for presumptive income

As per my view, cable operators are service provider, so 44AD will not be applicable.
