12 August 2009Please let me know the fundamentals of preparing Cash Flow & Fund Flow.I've consulted some standard books but of no use.Hope to get good response & help from all of you.

for cash flow , u can refer tata mcrawhill's corporate accounting by hanif and mukkerjee..........
they have explained each activities individually and then comprehensive probs are worked out.........

Please let me know what are the limits & Conditions for prepare the Cash flow statements in preparing the annual reports..
