If preliminary expenses incurred by the company are written off from Securities premium reserve as per Co. Act then will it be allowed as deduction from profits for the calculation of income tax? Will DTA be created?
case 2
If we charge whole Preliminary expenses to p&l a/c (as per AS) then DTA in this respect will be made. Is it correct?
