What is meant by Preferential creditors?( NOT THE TREATMENT IN STATEMENT OF AFFAIRS)

Any defination on preferential creditor in AS??

Hi ,

    Preferential creditors are those creditors who are having preferential right to get due payments over other creditors.

Eg:Taxes due to Government, contribution to PF etc.
