some one please tell me on which date entry is passed in the books of account for transaction taken place before initiation of business?
ex.. bank loan was was taken to initiate the clinic before inauguration of clinic.. so on which date entry will be passed??
as on the date when clinic came into existence???

Come up with type of assessee: co., proprietor, firm etc
Date of Birth in PAN
Incorporation date if required?
Date of start of your business?
Loan was taken in co. /firm/ proprietor name?
How it was credited without commencement of clinic.
It seems clinic was proprietorship there is no. Such issue, if its other than come up with clearity.
