If the date of completion of construction is 15th March'12 and possession possession certificate is of 23rd March'12
but the date of sale deed is 15th April '2012 then what will be the date of copmpletion of preconstruction period.

15th march...if the sale deed is made on 1 year after its completion then one can not say the pre construction period is till the date of sale.
