U will need to go though Accounting standards, audit, company law and Income tax as well but not as if studying from the exam point of view but looking at the practical aspect of everything.

what you have learned in your ipcc will be sufficient

You need to be thorough with income tax provisions n need of service tax n vat depends upon the case you refering.

Apart from these you need to know bout company act n auditing which mainly includes auditing standards but this doesnt mean you need to know standards only. In some cases you may need some other provisions of auditing also.
