Practising in own name!

Can someone tell me what things one shall keep in mind if he/she is going to practice in his/her own name rather than in the name of a firm?

For e.g whether issuing an audit report or certifying accounts, does the CA also required to put his seal there or his signature is enough?

Need to keep your mind always cool and take decision in cool mind because otherwise u can make some mistake and at that time there will be no one to correct your mistack.

Always need to feel responsible for your client.

Thnx Bijoy but I didnt ask for subjective things. Wht I meant was wat legal formalities a CA practising in his own name is required to know.

one needs to make seal in his own name when doing an audit.. and also for attestation purposes you may attest in your name with mem. no.

Thnx Amit!
