Documents to be submitted along with Form T-3:
.
1. Experience certificate (stating designation, area of work & duration), duly signed by the Competent Authority of the organization in which employed/were employed.
.
2. Audited balance sheet of employers or any other proof of turnover (a letter mentioning the turnover of the company on the letterhead of the company, signed with seal).

As already replied by Deepak, those docs are required to be submitted online. You only need to upload a copy of the BS & P&L, If u request your employer and mention the purpose, they may give you.

In case, you are unable to get BS & P&L, you can ask your employer to provide a certificate mentioning the turnover of the company as already mentioned by Deepak.

Turnover required: for mfg company (1 crore & above), for service company (50 lacs & above). BS & P&L or certificate of turnover is asked for this purpose only.
