Hello everyone,
Client Father in law stays in USA, and gave power of attorney to Son in law. last year FIL Sold the property, as GPA his SIL went for registration. Now in AIS Report it is reflecting as his Son in law has sold the property.
What can be done in this scenario ? How to file the return.
File feedback in AIS reporting and declare the PAN of FIL.
File ITR of FIL for the capital gain.
