Filing of DIN -1 says it has got potential duplicate (coz previously we have filed provisional DIN-1 and it was lapsed) now system says potential duplicate and can process after MCA verifiction- my question is will it take some many days to process it so pls tell me should i continue with that message of potentila duplicate or not ? because now I am hurry in CLSS scheme and need to get DIN nos fast and have to file Annual returns. pls suggest thanks in advace to all here

Potential duplicate DIN is processed after MCA verifiction. It gets approved either on next day or max. 2 days. I suggest you to continue with that message of potential duplicate and upload form. It will be approved within 2 days of uploading. Hurry, dnt wait. Thanks
