After UPC is discontinued, is it proper to send the Annual report through Book Post or Courier?

Annual report can be send through book post.....no need to send through courier
Under Section 53 of the Companies Act, 1956 Certificate of Posting and Registered Post are covered under Service of Documents by Post.
However, Certificate of Posting has been discontinued by the Department of Post therefore, only Registered post and after initiative of MCA now e mail are available options.
