Can a manufacturing company having GST can send their material in another state to a marketing company without invoice on consignment basis?. All the sales done by marketing company locally will be billed by manufacturing company as IGST. Is this right/allowed.I believe this is wrong. it is a local sale and manufacturing company has to take a GST registration in that state and do stock transfer before giving material to marketing company. please confirm

Ya that's way is wrong and second way is Right
There should be an amendment in the additional place of business in registration and a fresh No. to be taken....
