Plzzzzzzzzz sombody HELP me....i m in BIG-22222 trouble....

I recently appeared in nov 2009 pcc xam....nd da rslt ws nt gud.....nd aftr dat i took trnsfr frm my CA on medical ground in december 2009...nd da medical is for jan., feb. , march......bt 109 frm par mere CA ne meri 366 lvs likh di..bcz he had sme prsnl prblms wth me.....nd maine unk yahan 1 feb. 2008 me joining ki thi....aur feb 2008 se dec 2009 tk mera trng period 23 mnths ho rha hai bt xcludng leaves....nd leaves ko include krk trng bs 11 mnths ki ho rhi hai....dn 109 frm k base pr to mujhe nov 2009 ka xam dena hi nhi chayae tha.....

....bt nw my prblm is dat m i eligible for may 2010 xam?????bcz acoo to rule mere 15 mnths trng k complte hone chayae...aur mere to bs trng k 11 mnths hi ho rhe hai....plzzz someone guide me..wht i do?????????

c'mon yaar dont panic... the calculation of leaves will be only done at the time of completion of your articlehip if you have joined your training on 1 feb 08 than prepare for the may attempt without any kind of doubt.

and yes from now on wards try to record as less leaves as you can. bCoz its ok in pcc but in your final attempt they will definately creat a prob 4 you

thnxxx 4 ur suggestion yaar....bt mere xamination form pr koi CA sign krne ko tayar nhi hai...bcz 109 k accoring mere 15 mnths trng k complete nhi hua hai,nd uhne lgta hai ki khin sign krne pr unhe koi prblm na ho jaye..nd wo advice kr rhe hai ki xam mt do..bcz institute rslt bhi cancel kr skta hai baad me....abhi mera trnsfr institue se confrm nhi hua hai...only in process....

dont listen to anyone, bcoz now you have very less tym for the may attempt so study hard.
juz get your form sign from any CA( any family friend or known one). it is allowed,

if any ca denies to sign on the records of leaves than convince her that you have contacted the institute and they allow it in new scheme., for this you can either mail to icai exam helpline. and if luckily you get the reply you can show it as a proof .
