i m giving ipcc may attempt.. and i m woried about F.M. it is the only subject which is like a rocket over my head. plz guide me how to prepare for it. my costing part is good but F.M.?????? plz guide me or if any1 having some notes provide me plzzzz....

nw im done wid main chapters of cost lyk- process, marginal, std, ovrhds, labour, material, cost sheet....bt hdnt touch my fm...
plzzzzz gv me suggestions dat what i hv to studyin fm for scroing passing marks

For FM From my past Experience the following points has to be taken care,
* Theory behind each chapter of FM, especially basics / source of finance keep 3 hours for it you can surely get 10 marks in exam out of this.
* Next comes capital budgeting problems are simple, understand the logic, spend 2 hours you have the possibility of getting 5 to 8 marks.
* Ratio analysis/Fund Flow and Cash flow is a bunch - From this 100 % one sum of 5 to 10 marks will come. possibly you can work out four problems in each - spend 4 hours
* WACC problem in Cost of Capital 5 marks to 8 marks
* In working capital - WC requirment problem is important/ Drs selection problem is important. 5 marks
