Plz tell what to do... Arbitrage Course or give Nov. Attempt

I'm having my CA Final attempt in May 2012... As per the new provisions I can give exams in nov. 2011..

I haven't studied yet for finals except 2-3 Subjects.. So I'm thinking of not giving the november exams (as will not fetch good % marks by studying in so less time) & doing any other course in the meantime..

I've got to know about this course & I've my interest in Stock Market too.. Doing trading for 3 years...

I will also do diploma certifications with NSE in d meantime..

I'm totally confused.. plz tell me what to do... Will this course benefit my CV??
