No. A Bsc student cannot join directly to IPCC course as per existing rules. The new notification is not yet approved by central government, which if approved, allows the graduation completed students to directly register for IPCC and join articles directly. However, non-Bcom graduates should have 60% score to get this exemption as per the ICAI notification.

Few of them are expecting in September. Some other are expecting in Nov/Dec. Mostly it is expected in this year itself.
