harish you can do cs by sending form 112.

it doesnt matter if u did graduation provided college timings were nt clashing wid articleship although now there is no need 2 inform icai regarding it......................

but u can do only 1 course at a tym by taking permission frm icai.....................

or u can do without informing icai..

dont make a mistake of not informing ICAI it ll affect later....

YOU MUST TELL IT TO ICAI

 Concealment of the fact that the subject is in pursuance of a secondary professional course is a breach of the code.

WHich makes the student liable for nullity of internship or delay of 3months to the extent of 1 year in the grant of membership and a taint in his/her professional honuor.

form 112 are not required who have joined articleship before 1/4/2008.

again there is not any problem doing one course along with CA.. now if you want to join post graduation then you have to inform institute. but i think for Correspondence course there is no need for informing.

its better to ask the institute they will solve your problem

If u inform ICAI then there is only late fine of submitting form 112 but if u do not inform, on caught ur articleship may be extended by the ICAI as it deemed fit. plz informed the ICAI at the earliest.

IPCC-ITT--i have registered 4 ipcc in july. a mam at the office told me that i can register for ITT after receiving the registration conformation letter .but after few days my frnds told me that at the office they r taking name& phone no. for itt.so i too went and gave my name.  now i received the letter what should i do. what is the correct procedure to enroll.

dont delayed to inform about ur CS. If they come to know this they are issuing u a showcause notice to you.
