Frens i have a party, trading in taxtile business (commission base)........
the party is under the exemption limit n not the Taxpayer
the Proprietor of business is expired on 16th May 2010
and they didn't file the return for the yr 09-10. till now
is it require dt the return is to be filed by their family members.??? n the commission is stilll deposit by their parties in his saving a/c......
i am a PCC student n this is case of ma fast frens family............ plz suggest what should we do in this situation......
n they want to start business in a new mannner.......
