Plz help regarding filling ca final examination form

Here is what you can do, visit the institute as soon as possible. They may give you the details regarding despatch of your form, and may even provide you with the copy. If this one fails you can, on your principal's letter head, write down the facts and get it attested from your principle and send it along wid ur exam form. You will also have to submit a copy of acknowledged Form 108 dat you filed wid the institute. And just dont worry, ICAI won't cancel your form for want of the articles completion letter....

Still if you dont get any proper response, then simply attach one letter along with your exam forms mentioning the details of completion of your articleship training, Date of submission of relevant forms regarding that duly attested by CA!

Its simple..

Do attach a letter addressing ICAI and mention that 

"I have submitted Form 108 on ...... (date).. The confirmation copy is yet to be received. As soon as it is received i will submit you the same."

I also did the same for November 2011 exam. I did as per the instruction of Examination department of ICAI.
