Plz help regarding direct entry

Dear Even m also having same doubt..,

As per notification of ICAI -

Exempted Categories:

The following categories of students shall be exempted from passing the Common

Proficiency Test (CPT):-

(A) Graduates or Post Graduates in Commerce having secured in

aggregate a minimum of 55% of the total marks or its equivalent

grade in the examination conducted by any recognised University

(including Open University) by studying any three papers of 100

marks each out of Accounting, Auditing, Mercantile Laws, Corporate

Laws, Economics, Management (including Financial Management),

Taxation (including Direct Tax Laws and Indirect Tax Laws), Costing,

Business Administration or Management Accounting;

OR

Graduates or Post Graduates other than those falling under

Commerce stream mentioned above having secured in aggregate a

minimum of 60% of the total marks or its equivalent grade in the

examination conducted by any recognised University (including Open

University).

	Plz help me. As per the new amendment CPT is exempted for graduates wid more than 55%.. Now what does it mean will they only look for TYB.com marks or aggregate of FY, SY and TY should be 55%

AS per ICAI notification Commerce Graduate can apply for IPCC....condition is that

if you have 54.50% you are eligible for IPCC....becz......

"any fraction or half will be included in next of the whole number"

that means if you have 54.50% it can taken for 55%......& you are eligible......!!

2nd) Can i give only one Group of Ipcc Or is it Compulsory to give Both group of IPCC

4rth) how can i take 9 months of articleship becz if i join articleship from 1st of october 2012 to may 2013 = only 8 months so how it can be a 9 months

5th) please tell me the fees detail for me....how much i have to pay......becz i already registered for CPT in July 2012....so what procedure i have to follow.......

1 You will know about orientation program when you take entry to CA course.

2. Its upto u, you can either girve one Group of Ipcc Or Both group of IPCC

3. No

4. you will come under exempted category mentioned at the end of infographic.

5. You have to pay conversion fee, details are hosted on institutes website.

2. If you are applying IPCC through direct entry scheme, u must attend both groups at the same time.

only Category B can either attend ONE or BOTh GROUP
