Can any one guide I am in great confusion. I am ca inter and my age is 32 right now I am doing service should I leave job for complete C.A. because my service hours is 12. Is my decision right or wrong

You should search for a job where you can find sufficient time for your studies. Also, prepare for exams whole heartedly with a strong determination and you will find that future is yours.
depends wholly on you. Provided you don't have any grave personal and financial commitments, you can leave the job. Because what you'll be and get after completing CA, will be always better than what you'll have as being CA Inter.
So, decide by yourself!!!
