PLZ HELP -Law reference book

My exams are also in may. And till 30 the nov icai can issue any notification  and it will make your book  useless ... if those 98 clauses are introduced.

So better be on safe side. Buy law book after nov.

My recommendation is for Munish Bhandari rather than Paduka ( Paduka is good only if u can cram )

I had tough time with Paduka ...won't even think this for a subjects.

And Surbhi Bansal is really cool ... read it 3-4 times rather than buying a bulky book.

and regarding the change in papper pattern-what i know is that more case study Q are being asked in law now.

While in audit there will be no case study Q

Ali you can purchase either Munish Bhandari or M.P.Vijay Kumar. But always remeber 1 thing that always prefer your class notes for concept and during exam prep. refer scanner of suchita publication.

You can refer Munish Bhandari for theory type question as well as practical case study type too...

In Audit ICAI can ask questions regarding case studies..

Its better to do Auditing Standards in Audit by which you can answer any practical question...
