i had taken up classes for law and audit , so i need know which reference book should i buy which has maximum coverage of past ipcc questions and importantly help me in case study type Q

well buddy everyone refers munish bhandari's law book so you should also
well i am also considering b/w Paduka and Munish for law
In my opinion Padhuka's book is better than Munish Bhandari's. But if you appearing for may 14 exams do not purchase a book for law at this moment. Let ICAI first clarify the applicability of new Companies Act for May, 14 exams. Then you should proceed to purchase the book.

NOTE: Institute Practice manuals are RTPs are must to score good marks in Exams,
From the last term ICAI revised the pattern of Law and Audit paper once again..
Be careful with theory part as well as the practical case studies...
yups do not purchase as it is not cleared by institute about the syllabus yet about companies bill
People are just so foolish here..
Company law accounts for only 20-25 marks of law paper.
Ethics communication ica.. Negotiable.. All this comes for 70-80 marks.
I would advise.. Buy a new book.. Get al this chapters done. Donot waste your time.. I remind DONOT
Whenever a law is passed.. It is practised for a year.
Company law 2013 is yet to b finalised. Work is still done. It will not be applicable for even November 2014..rest assured.
