I need urgent help in up vat cst monthly return filing
first of all tell me is the form 24 has been changed??? if yes than plz sand me @ kamalkake1 @ gmail.com
i have attached my tax calculation file here
plz go throgh and tell hw much tax i have to deposit in which had...if someone can prepare return of UP vat and cst than plz help me

Dear Kamal,
As per the attachment, you dont have to pay any tax as u have excess ITC for the period.

yes agreed you dont need to pay tax for feb bcz you input tax is excess than output.

As per your attached statement you have nothing to pay and also u can claim the refund of Rs. 7,862/- in your march return.

I need clarification on following points like :-
1)Suppose my UP vat liability is Rs. 40000
2) Cst Payable is Rs. 2300
3) My UP vat input is Rs. 45000
Can we set off cst payable against Up Vat input

Dear Mr. Gupta, Please find details as per your query:-
VAT Payable - 40,000/-
CST Payable - 2,300/-
Net Payable - 42,300/-
INPUT VAT - 45,000/-
Excess INPUT - 2,700/-
Yes you can adjust the cst payable with excess vat paid.
