Im a appearing for CA final May 2014,as i glanced through the cases applicable there are many which are present in DT case law book and the RTP too some 20 cases are added.The issue is how should one remmember the names and judgement.Futher plenty of notifications and circulars are added in DT and IDT supplementary tax paper and in the RTP how important are they from exam point of view. Im well aware the weightage is plenty from cases.

The best way to approach case laws is by reading them at frequent intervals, so that it provides you with the impetus to cover the topics with ease.
