well hi dear if ur fren is sure for 2ned roup he should go for it .. 

there is not need to inform the institute if it comes absent

 but he should give 1st group too as an xperience even though his emphasis is on 2nd group

nothing can happen by infgorming ionstitute

I think atleast be present at the exams and get the feelers of the exms, whatver is the preparation level, atleast the tension levels will reduce. u can very well study only for the 2nd grp but attmept BOTH.

KI AGAR FIRST GROUP NHI DIYA TOH SECOND GROUP B ATAK NA JAYE COZ BOTH GROUP K CASE M PASS PERCENTAGE KAM HOTA H IN COMPARISION OF ONE

SO HE WANT TO KNOW KI INST SE REQ KAREY EK GRUP K LIYE YA PHIR DIRECT PAPER M ABSENT HO JAYE

if the preparation is gud then watever be the pass% ur friend shall pass..
