Plz Be careful professionally!!!!!!!

Dear Geetika, your experience is really bad, and this is not the way to treat the juniors, but I think that all five fingers are not the same. Just because of few bad people, all the seniors should not be blamed. I also have few senior CA in my firm and they all are really good. But yes, I agree with you that everybody must be careful and attentive on the issues like this. One more thing, I think being a CA, we should handle all these matters at our own level, and should not involve our parents or family into these things so that they are not misbehaved by anybody. Their dignity is our dignity and it should be completely maintained. Nobody must behave with them like this.

Yes i do agree with you that involving to my father my mistake. I can't tell you how much bad i felt when he behaved like this with my father. At that time , i was so upset that i thought that i should raise the voice till President of our institute. But i know that nobody is going to take pain for me...

Atleast our president will never take any such pain. He is all busy in elections and his photo sessions. :-) ANyways dear, these experiences are part and parcels of life and should be left on the way itself. Yes, making aware other people about it is really a good work. But dont keep this experience in your mind any more. All the best for good experiences in future.

Dear Geetika, you may consider all your future assignments duly documented so that in case any such happens in future, it may be on records.

So please take care in future and please be some professional and formal while dealing with either your professional colleagues or clients.

Actually, when we ourselves go to somebody for some part time work then, sometimes, it looks awkward to tell seniors for entering into formal agreements. Generally, i feel, that we starts on the basis of TRUST as we are relatively new in the market....

Yeah. I agree with Geetika. Its not practically possible for new CAs to get entered into agreements with the seniors unless and until that senior CA or CA firm is purely professionals in their workings.
