My Results of PE.2 had been withheld up with ca instuite on the basis that i have completed my all 5 attempts,and you have registred pe2 on the basis of pe1 so you are not eligible for pe2 (may2008/) exam.so after that thay have ask me to send my eligiblity cert so what you think ca instiuite will relase my results or not
I suggest you to visit the Institute Office and get the issue clarified.
Because if the issue is what exactly you are mentioning here, then they'll not issue the certificates
