refer Module plus Spell Bound Classes Notes on law... these combination is best.. If ur exams are near then refer to Munish Bhandari law book v.i.z like last day revision like book not the detailed one... Good Luck!!

You should go with G.K.Kapoor.
i would suggest "MP Vijaykumar' coz it's got a simpler language wihtout comprosmising with the syllabus. but, if you have got Munish's bood, that wud be fine
