Pls help - ca final result may 2014 to be withheld!!

Hey one of my friends had a similar situation like this.....and the result was withheld..Plz try to contact the concerned branch personally to resolve the issue....Letters and emails are of no use as the results are to be declared soon.......This is a very serious issue I guess because my friend had a small issue with the number of articleship days..and even after so many letters,requests,calls the  result was not published.... i think u should first call institute u have made ur article registration nd then scan all the attested copy of ur first 2 year articleship nd 1 year industrial training attested form nd if u have the post details of industrial training form then write a letter nd a covering letter to the institute by mailing to xam dept
