www.7-zip.com   and download exe "7-zip" software   after the download complete   install  now.

end :-

go to your file location and right click

->mouse over on 7-zip option

-> select "EXTRACT TO "YOUR FOLDER NAME" here

Now Your .rar. file unzip.

to open it u need rar software and this can be download by searching on google
