Very much advisable to buy a new book
if she can understand the amendments clearly and having some practice material for the same then its ok otherwise should buy the new book.
go with study module & practice manual applicable for A.Y 2012-13 and supplementary also.
because there are two amendments which one has to understand so nov.2010 book with amendments will be very difficult.
Manoharan's book (2012) + Amendment Book + Latest cases applicable for May 2012 + Practice manual + RTP for May 2012.
Always read new amended books of every subject witch is based on indian laws.

I think its better to buy a new book.
she must buy a new book,mostly buy PADHUKA and di it throughly.......... also refer Practice manual published by institute...........
