hey i dont agree with rajat......ur principle partner also sign ur form ........lets take an example if ur principle is out of station den u cant go dere to take his sign on ur form.....

Agar aap first time pcc ke exam de rahey ho to Principle or partner ke sign karwana compulsory haii

agar aap first time pcc ke exam nahi de rahey aur phalay bhi diye hai to 

aap kisi bhi CA se apna form sign karwa saktay hooooo
