For ISCA & IDT, you can make self preparation easily.

Choose ICAI Modules for ISCA. They are very good.

For IDT, you can go for Bhagar

ISCA - Manish Valechha plus and Practice Manual (The book covers everything, added with examples, diagrams, memory codes....No need to refer study material)
Direct Taxes- T.N.Manoharan or Banger Plus Summary Module of Vinod Gupta (Prepare notes for lengthy and typical portion, if possible)

FOR ISCA Padhuka is very good... FOR IDT I feel ETEN's Rajkumar is the best...
