Please share your feedback regarding bossism at workplace

Would anyone like to express their opinion ?

Better is you msut not focus no her behaviour..i know its difficult for u when u know that ur far ahead in all terms then her but since just she is above u..she is using all tactics to be rude with u...

my suggestion is just focus on the work and dont let her behavious affect ur destination i.e to be in practice later..this is your learning phase...as u know its so difficult to get a job in mumbai as im also from mumbai and had faced such situation but the only solution is to let go wat she speaks other then work matters....and always try to beat her with ur knolwedge and exp in work...as its rightly said that "BEST REVENGE IS MASSIVE SUCCESS" so if ur successful in beating her in terms of knowledge and in all areas of work then she cant put u down and let her make mistakes but dont show her in rude way..she is not going to change..

remeber u have to face all such things if u want to climb the ladders of success and u know the best part is you have already cleared ca and cs so dont worry..its just matter of time  and remember she is insecured thats y u see her rude behavious so that u leave this office and he r position is secured..think that ur knowledge and exp can beat her later which she is fearing....

All the best and dotn give up...at last u have cleared CA..which is the most difficult in this world...and always think that if u can bear ICAI u can fight with any1...

make your self perfect in your works, so that she does not get loopholes to make you feel guilt, meanwhile it would be beneficial for your part that if you swich your job, you would have much more experience then others in your catagory. 

Thank you Mr. Sharma for your feedback. The problem is not with doing my job well. I am already good at what I am doing. The problem is that she doesn't recognise my sincerity in work and behaviour with her. 

Now, I have learnt to not take her seriously anymore.
