NOW TELL ME THE LAST DATE OF REGISTRATION FOR ARTICLESHIP WITH FEE DETAILS
(I HAVE REGISTERED BOTH GROUPS OF IPCC WITH ATC WITHOUT ARTICLES)

There is no such last date, buy form 102 from icai (Rs50/-) ,get it signed from ur Principal (Whr u want to join as article)
Within 30 days of sign ,despatch that form with a DD of rs 2000/- to icai
