For the begineer, I would suggest to just wait for some more time till the system gets stabilized. As whatever you may try to understand is mixed up with amendments, though basic laws remain same. E.g. the rates of tax for most of items have changed almost three times, and still likely for changes......
Yes. try to understand some basics, but be alert for some conficting statements or variations in data from last July to this July.......
