Dont think about changes yaar as you are going to appear in nov 11 then the changes made after 1st may 11 will not be applicable for you.........

and you know still there is no changes as the companies bill is still not passed in parliament so dont worry dear plan your study and rock on with free mind!!!

Agree with Ankur.......for Nov 2011 no changes will be effective. Still not clear when it will take effect. Also entire Co. Law cannot change. This is only a fear among students that entire Co. Law will change but that is not the case. Relax and keep studing......All d best.
