Convert to ipcc and give next may 2011 attempt if necesaary.

If you have cleared this attempt you can join Final and resume articleship elsewhere.

IPCC is expensive but sure solution to your problem

Convert from PCC to IPCC. thats the only solution left just wait for the result and go ahead......

but my principle is not ready to give me transfer also. I asked him to give me transfer on medical ground basis as i have harmones problem i have a certificate of doctor. He said he has no right to give transfer. Even i asked him to give trnsfer on mutual consent or on grounds of mis behaviour but he is not ready.

does the ass h*le know the rules for securing exemptions.... why would he tell you to come back after one exam?

I know what kinda sh*t they throw on articles in small firms.. Even in my firm, a ************ was calling articles on exam days to clear queries on stupid things.... which they can solve themselves......

Please understand that it is a frog's superiority syndrome - "my pond is biggest".

Best to leave such people only. Don't  confront them ever.

Dear Neha, you  dont need any grounds to convert to IPCC and terminate your articles. 

The very fact that you are a PCC student is enough reason to convert to IPCC. 

He does not need any power to let you convert to IPCC. ICAI has given you the option to convert at any time.

U dont take transfer just take conversion from PCC to IPCC.. 

1. your article period will count

2.After passing in IPCC 1st group u can go to other firm.

I am sure if u follow this u............one of my frnd has done this and he has suceeded ..............:)

Neha Ji,

After reading all your forums in relation to your nut principal.. one thing is for sure that he is a crook and not eligible to be called human being. 

I will say always revolt of his wrong doings. He is getting his work done(routine work of typing & silly jobs) by becoming animal. No one should tolerate. Try to make your professional life. Just be bold to face all odds.

If you have time, then go for above members suggestion(converting to IPCC). I am not sure whether you will get credit of your PCC articleship period in IPCC scheme. Confirm with institute before taking this step. Time is a big factor in this case.

One thing I would like to say is that concentrate on your studies from now, means the moment you see my message. Devote your time after office or free time for studies. If you do this from now you will clear in May'11. Try to clear group wise. 

Become bold, confident, hard working in studies & time conscious. Be positive & don't think negatively as you have thought before(the post which got deleted by Admin). Its not a right attitude. God has given life and he is only eligible to take life. You just have to face all odds with full courage.

girl..... .i can understand wat u going thru..... my last CA was  vry much like urs!!!! infact he crossed many limits which i cant mention here............. i literally went thru hell........................ pheeeeewwwwwwwww .........

 now m in a CA firm where all my CA'S are father figure to me.. ......though they are strict but they are vry helpful...

 jus be strong.........face him ......................... 2 options: be there n  show him dat u can face him!!!!!!!

my articleship is left for one and half year

before 5 to 6 months i taked to my principle that i wanna do conversion

he said that u should not take conversions as it is not beneficial and he started blackmailing me that for taking conversion at some or the other part u will need my signature on any form for termination of articleship or the other and that time i wont give.

i tried to take conversion from PCC to IPCC but he created problems for me in same

and i cant took conversion

i am mentally harrased by one of the female employee too their but no one has power to say her anything as she is bos after sir and my principle and that employee r having affair.

the same employee has taken admission in CA and passed dec 2009 CPT exams and now when she was in ITT training at our region branch she with the help of powers of our principle spreaded some news and made me and other articles guilty of it.

i was ery tensed

actually m tensed with every matter that happened in life.

these were the most worst day of my life.

any how take transfer and take a dummy.......................this is for getting certificate.....................for getting knowledge join any other CA firm as a paid staff on the basis of ur past qualifications and past experience and work there for as many mths u want................then before ur next exam give the resignation if u want

but remember u have to not disclose it to ur new principal or where u join as paid..........u have to keep all ur registration no.s with institute very confidential

in addition to this i would also say to directly speak to the institute bout this... show them dat wat is happening with u...

today he is doing such thin to u.... tommorow he ill spoil d life of another article..

juss simply go forward and take a step..

This website s a platform where we members be it students,members of icai, or members or students of other professional body ie icsi & icwai are part of .We join here to guide and help each other.Also the members of this website are from different parts of india.

After reading Neha's problem i appeal to all members following solution .

1)Firstly Neha should justify tat her problem with the principal is genuine & for the same she needs to produce some proof against her principal at this website.Nothing can work in this world based on trust unless u knw a person.Obviously most of us don know neha personally.

2)Secondly after examining the proof we the members of ca club should decide whether to help her or not.
Decision should be based vote of each member prescribing a stipulated time for the same.

3)thirdly if the decision is in favour of neha,she should post principal contact number here..all lines including his office & Residence.

4)we are a strength of 450000+ members...Presuming atleast 25% of it to be active ie 112500.even if 1 % of it ie 1125  call  neha's principal on daily basis...asking him either to give transfer to other CA or conversion to ipcc.God willing the principal will get pissed off & take the intended action in  favour of neha.

I ve proposed a rational plan as mere advicing will not work in such cases.
