Please help registration letter

Iam exiting Ipcc student and i converted into direct entry still one and half months go still my registration letter not received 

please give me information which maximum time take for  received registration letter and please give me any contact , e-mail id ,of wirc region for regitration letter qurey  and please give me that wirc region contact that give me reply because i heared that no any given reply for email or contact hence please give me such contact. e-mail id that give me fast reply
