Please help me with this question regarding GST return filing

Hello sir/madam

I want to start my online business but I don't know how GST return is calculated. If I sell goods worth one lakh how much GST return I have to file?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a query about calculating Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns for an online business. The response clarifies that the GST amount depends on the tax regime and the HSN code of the goods sold, with rates typically ranging from 5% to 28% for regular taxpayers. It also mentions the composition scheme, which has lower rates (1-2%) but doesn't allow for Input Tax Credit (ITC).

IT DEPENDS UPON THE TAX REGIME - HSN CODE OF SUPPLY

GST TAX REGIME  ARE 5- 6-12-18-28 %  - (FOR REGULAR TAXPAYER)  IF YOU ADOPT THE COMPOSITION SCHEME  WHERE ITC CANNOT BE CLAIMBLE IT WOULD BE 1-2 % ONLY
